How to tell us if something on this website doesn’t work for you.
Is this website accessible?
Last updated October 19, 2026.
We want everyone to be able to use this website, including people who use a screen reader, a keyboard, zoom or voice control. Our goal is to meet the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 at level AA.
What have we done?
Accessibility is built into the site itself, not added by a plug-in. For example:
- Every page works with a keyboard, and a “Skip to main content” link comes first.
- You can zoom in on any page, on a phone or a computer.
- Text and buttons have strong color contrast, and buttons are large enough to tap easily.
- Photos have text descriptions, and form fields have clear labels and error messages.
- Headings and page regions are marked up so screen readers can move around each page.
We check the site with automated accessibility tests as we build it.
Is anything not fully accessible yet?
The Family Guide is a PDF, and PDFs can be harder to use with some screen readers. Floor plans are drawings, and their main details are written out next to each plan.
The chat window comes from LeadConnector, so we can’t change how it works with a keyboard or screen reader. Calling us works just as well.
If anything on the site is hard to use, we’ll get you the same information another way. We can read it to you over the phone, or send it in a format that works for you.
How do I report a problem?
Please tell us. Let us know which page you were on and what happened, and we’ll work to fix it.
