When you check the box to receive texts on a form on this site, Prairie Pines Assisted Living may text you about your inquiry. That means confirming a tour, following up on a call or answering a question you asked.

You must be 18 or older to sign up for texts. Agreeing to receive texts isn’t a condition of receiving care or services. How often we text depends on your inquiry, and message and data rates may apply.

Carriers aren’t responsible for delayed or undelivered messages. We never share your phone number or your agreement to receive texts with other companies for their marketing, as our privacy policy explains.

No. The site gives general information about Prairie Pines Assisted Livingand about assisted living. It is not medical, legal or financial advice. For a decision about someone’s care, talk with their doctor and with us.

Rules for programs like Medicaid change, and every situation is different. We describe them in general terms only. Your county human services office can tell you what applies to you.

No. Openings and rates change, so we confirm them with you directly. A tour time you pick online is a request until our team calls to confirm it. Sending a form doesn’t reserve a room or start an admission.

We work to keep the site accurate and up to date. If something here doesn’t match what we tell you in person, what we tell you in person is correct.

Photos of our building, rooms and grounds are real. Our owner and administrator appear in their own photos. Residents appear only with their written permission.

Some lifestyle photos are illustrations. They show the kind of everyday moments we value, not actual residents or staff.

The words, photos, floor plans, logo and Family Guide on this site belong to Prairie Pines Assisted Living. You’re welcome to share links, print pages and pass the Family Guide along to family. Please don’t copy them for another business or website.

Please don’t use the site to:

• Send false information, or someone else’s details without their permission.
• Send spam, or use automated tools to fill in our forms.
• Try to get into parts of the site that aren’t public, or interfere with how it works.

Some links, like Google Maps directions and our Facebook page, take you to other websites. We don’t control those sites, and their own terms and privacy policies apply there.

We provide this website as it is. We can’t promise it will always be available or free of errors. To the extent the law allows, Prairie Pines Assisted Livingisn’t responsible for losses that come from using the website itself.
